Any Vendors ("the app", "we") turns a Shopify store into a multi‑vendor marketplace — vendor profiles, commission tracking and vendor payouts — on top of the store's own products and orders. This policy explains what the app accesses, what it stores, and how a merchant and their vendors can control it.
When a merchant connects their store, the app requests read access to products and orders (read_products, read_orders), and — if the AI listing feature is enabled — write access to products (write_products) so it can create draft products the merchant reviews. We use this data only to power the app's features (grouping products by vendor, splitting orders per vendor, calculating commission and payouts).
The app does not build a customer profile store. It responds to Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:
customers/data_request — we hold no separate customer data store to export.customers/redact — acknowledged; no customer records are retained by the app.shop/redact — when a store uninstalls, all data we hold for that store (vendors, ledger, payouts, settings) is deleted.Vendors can be invited to a portal where they see only their own sales, orders and payouts. Access is by a signed magic link issued by the merchant; vendors never see other vendors' data or the merchant's admin.
If a merchant connects an SMTP server, emails they send go through their own mail server — we don't send email on our own infrastructure. We store the SMTP settings and campaign content to provide the feature.
We do not sell data. We use Shopify's APIs (to read your store) and, for the optional AI listing feature, Anthropic's API to generate draft product copy from the product names you enter. No order or customer data is sent to the AI feature.
Data is retained while the app is installed. Uninstalling triggers shop/redact and deletes the store's data. A merchant can also request deletion at any time via the contact below.
